This is an unlocked cellular phone. It does not come with any cellular service contract. This phone can be used with existing service plans.
This phone will work with any of the service carriers described on the product page.
The service carriers described on the product page have contracts, with the phone manufacturer, to provide this phone with service upon completion of service activation. This phone has been tested with the service of the carriers described on the product page.
This phone may work other service carriers using the same modes (i.e. GSM 850, GSM 900 etc. ) described in the specifications section of the product page. Contact your service carrier for specific details regarding their GSM network and phone compatability. Some US carriers especially those in the southern part of the country run on only the GSM 850 and GSM 1800 frequency.
Elephant Cellular does not guarantee iPhone compatability with service providers. All unlocked iPhones are purchased AS IS. Unlocked iPhones can be returned to Elephant Cellular for software modifications, replacement or credit within the first 5 days of purchase. iPhones that have been modified after receipt including updates through iTunes will not be accepted for return. iPhones returned for refund/credit will require a 15% restocking fee. iPhones will be eligible for refund/credit/replacement only if they meet our cell phone inspection criteria and are in BRAND NEW RETAIL CONDITION.
What kind of accessories does my new phone come with
All phones are worldwide unlocked phones. They come with a standard European charger with an American adapter, also all phones come with their respective batteries. Any other accessories will be specified in the description on our website.
Are there any restrictions with the 1 year factory warranty.
All phone models, unless otherwise specified, require that the phone be purchased from either a European or Asian authorized supplier in order to activate the warranty. In these cases warranties are available for only consumers in the areas designated by the warranty. All phones manufactured specifically for useage within the United States will have an active warranty card within the United States. We will specifically designate phones with US warranties with the phrase Active United States Warranty in the warranty disclaimer on the product page. Phones without an active United States Warranty are purchased as is. Call us if you have any questions.
